Immigration Medical Exams are necessary for patients who are completing the USCIS immigration process to become a United States permanent resident. Our clinic is ready to help you with this important life event. Our physician is certified by the USCIS to perform physical exams and can provide the required vaccines for filling out the I-693 and N648 forms.
The central purpose of an immigration physical exam is to determine if a patient has any underlying conditions that would disqualify the patient from receiving permanent residency status. During the examination, our providers will check if the patient has any communicable diseases, mental disorders, drug problems, or any other health issues that would prevent the patient from residing permanently in the United States. Please visit the USCIS official home page for more information.
